How the Payment Works

You Always Get Paid First. We Get Paid After.

Most placement agencies expect 50% within the first week of move-in — before you have even collected from the resident. We do it differently.

Day 0

Resident Moves In

We have matched a qualified family to your facility. They move in. You start collecting their monthly fee. We charge you nothing.

Day 31

First Payment — 60%

Your resident has now paid you their first full month. Only now do we invoice you for 60% of our fee. You have already been paid.

Day 61

Final Payment — 40%

Your resident has now paid you twice. The remaining 40% of our fee is due on Day 61. That is 61 days of revenue before your final payment to us.

Founding Partner Pricing — Limited to 15 Facilities

This 60/40 payment structure is available exclusively to our first 15 founding partner facilities. After those spots are filled, we move to the standard industry structure. We currently have a limited number of spots remaining.

We Connect With Families in Greater Sacramento

We reach families across the Greater Sacramento Area who are actively searching for senior residential care. Every placement effort targets your local market — not a national audience.

We Qualify Every Lead Before Sending It to You

Every inquiry is checked for urgency, location, care level, and budget before it reaches you. You only hear from families who are a genuine match for your facility.

You Receive the Lead Directly

Lead details — name, phone number, care requirements, and move-in timeline — are sent directly to you. You contact them, conduct the tour, and make the decision on whether they are the right fit.

Resident Moves In — You Pay Nothing Yet

When the resident moves in, you begin collecting their monthly fee. We send you a placement confirmation form. No invoice. No payment. Nothing from us at this stage.

Day 31 — You Have Been Paid. Now We Invoice.

On Day 31, your resident has paid their first month. Only now do we send an invoice for 60% of our fee. Day 61, the final 40%. You are always in the position of having been paid before paying us.

Do Greater Sacramento RCFE owners pay anything upfront?

No. Under the GrowRCFE Pay Per Performance model, Greater Sacramento RCFE and Board and Care facilities pay nothing upfront. Payment begins only after a resident moves in.

When does GrowRCFE invoice the facility?

GrowRCFE invoices 60% of its fee on Day 31 after move-in and the remaining 40% on Day 61, so your facility has collected resident revenue before paying GrowRCFE.

Are the leads shared with other RCFE facilities?

Our goal is to avoid the common agency model where the same family is sent to multiple competing homes. Lead details are sent directly to your facility so you can contact, tour, and evaluate the fit.
